How should an agent filter orders in the Shopify Admin Console?
- Filter orders with the tag “prepaid”, “confirmed”, “converted_cod_to_prepaid”, “cod_confirmed” – Dispatch these orders.
- Filter orders with the tag “pending” – Agents can call these customers and ask them to confirm/cancel orders through a WhatsApp template.
- Filter orders with the tag “cancelled” – Agents can call these customers to find out a reason
