Now you’ll be able to see the new campaign created by default under the name ‘Abandoned Checkout Campaign’. This campaign would help you in sending notifications to the customer when he has abandoned the checkout process. This would work as a reminder for the customer to complete the checkout and payment procedure.
You’ll have one step enabled by default, which will get triggered immediately after the START step. You can add multiple steps to your campaign and customise its launch duration and the days on which you want it to get triggered.
The notification launch sequence would be depending on the order of the steps created.
You can track the analytics of your notifications in the parameters such as sent, delivered, and read.
You can send a direct message as a notification or connect to a specific path and trigger the message flow.
