Floatchat offers digital billing and payment options for plan subscriptions through our payment gateway, Stripe. Subscriptions are created for the selected plan, and payments are automatically billed using the selected payment methods when an invoice is generated.
Payments and billing information can be accessed in the Accounts section of the Floatchat Portal, specifically by the account owner. The account owner is the person or account that initially registered for the Floatchat account.
1.1 Account: #
Account details can be found in the Account Settings section of the top-right menu.
2. Managing a Subscription: #
To view and manage your subscription, navigate to Subscription Settings under Account Settings.
.Click on the Change plan option to reach out to the sales team. Provide the required details and click on Send
3. Track Payments: #
When an invoice is generated, an email will be sent to your account with information about the monthly or yearly plan and the amount to be paid. Once the payment is completed, a system-generated receipt will be sent to the user with payment details.
3.1 Account Details: #
This section displays the details entered during the registration process. The Company website URL can be reconfigured. The role of the account (Portal User – Owner, Administrator, Executive, Agent, Bot Builder) will also be displayed.
3.2 Subscription Details: #
Subscription details are accessible for the owner and executive roles. To view these details, go to Subscription Details under Account Settings.
Interactions: This shows the total number of interactions consumed during the latest billing month.
Bots Deployed: This indicates the total number of bots deployed on the account.
MAU (Monthly Active Users): This refers to the number of users who have interacted with the bot or agent and are considered active users for the month.
Live Chat Licenses: This displays the total number of live chat licenses set up as part of the subscription. The sum of owner, supervisors, and agents is considered the number of live chat licenses. You can update your card details by selecting the “Update Card Details” option.
You can click on the action button on the right end of each payment. This is to download the receipt for the selected payment.
