Floatchat- User Guid

Google Analytics

1. Introduction #

The Floatchat integration hub allows users to integrate external applications into their chatbots, providing additional functionality. One of these integrations is with Google Analytics, which enables the tracking of user analytics. By studying user behavior and analytics, bot builders can improve their bots and gain valuable insights into their user base. Activities such as triggered paths, FAQs, button clicks, and live chat interactions can be tracked.
