Analytics for Broadcast and Campaign

Introduction: #

We have introduced an analytics feature for broadcasts and campaigns in Floatchat. This feature allows users to gain a better understanding of and track the performance of their broadcasts and campaigns. It provides valuable insights to help users plan and manage their upcoming broadcasts and campaigns effectively.

Availability: #

This analytics feature is currently available only for WhatsApp, with 360dialog as the service provider.

1. Broadcast Analytics: #

In the broadcast section, users have multiple options to track their broadcasts. They can view the total number of broadcasts, ongoing and scheduled broadcasts, as well as the number of broadcasts pending in the draft.

Furthermore, users can access a list of published broadcasts, including their names, respective segments, the date and time of the last completion, and the channel on which they were broadcasted. Depending on the selected segment and channel, users can see the number of targeted users for each broadcast. Once a broadcast is completed, users also have the option to download the list of users who received it.

Within the “View Broadcast” option, users can track statistics such as the number of messages sent, delivered, and read, which are currently available for WhatsApp and Instagram channels. These statistics cover messages sent within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users can see the number of times a flow was executed. They can also export the broadcast campaign file in csv.gz format and access the export history.

Users can monitor analytics for template messages sent over the WhatsApp channel, including the number of messages sent, delivered, and read, as well as their respective rates. They can also track the click-through rate. The analytics for action buttons are presented in a pie chart diagram.

2. Campaign Analytics: #

In the campaign section, users can view a list of created campaigns, including their names, channels, date and time of creation, and the number of subscribed users. Users also have the option to view and export the campaign.
