By utilizing Chatbot Automation, you can incorporate integrations into your chatbot flow. This allows for seamless interaction with customers and enables actions such as creating, getting, or updating tickets directly from the chatbot.
For Agents, Floatchat provides a unified one-view screen where they can converse with customers and utilize integrations. This feature enhances efficiency and saves time by enabling agents to access and manage various tasks from a single screen.
As for out-of-the-box integration, Floatchat currently supports Freshdesk for Agents, allowing them to seamlessly interact with the Freshdesk platform to handle tickets and provide efficient customer support.
